Your Role:
As the Family Services Director, you'll play a pivotal role in supervising case managers, facilitating communication between our school and families, and ensuring the implementation of family-driven care practices. You'll oversee treatment plans, participate in interdisciplinary meetings, and coordinate family events to foster community connections.

- Beautiful Campus: Our 45-acre campus features 21 residential homes, 9 classrooms, 7 day habilitation groups, a modern medical services facility, a therapeutic pool, and a universally accessible treehouse and playground. Each residence provides a sensory-rich environment that promotes both rest and activity.

Requirements:
- LCSW or LMHC required.
- Minimum of two years’ experience as a case manager preferred.
- Minimum of one year supervisory experience preferred.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Leadership skills to guide multidisciplinary staff and coordinate interdisciplinary care.
- Passion for supporting individuals with developmental disabilities.
- Valid driver’s license.
